Hi! My name is Rosa and these are my things! (cosas means things in spanish)
Growing up on the island of Boriken, every business was small and locally sourced (when possible, since the US controls the import/export of all goods). Out of 4 grandparents, 3 of them ran their own business well enough to support large families. The goal is to run a corner store on the island, selling a little bit of everything. Since middle school, I had been creating and selling various products, mostly handmade jewelry and baked goods. Why? I can only guess because I was compelled to create and become self-sufficient. I've always called for a FREE PUERTO RICO!!!
I started this latest venture after mixing potions to help soothe my sensitive, irritable skin & scalp. I got tired of putting on lotion with a billion chemicals only to have dry skin within the hour. So I looked into what our Ancestors did for centuries before Big Corporations began changing everything about our way of living. Utilizing the natural flaura and fauna provided to us was the only logical solution.
Formulated to provide long-lasting hydration WITHOUT alcohols, fragrances, additives, & Coconut (allergen). Intentionally choosing 100% Natural, Sustainably Sourced Ingredients to limit environmental impact as much as possible. (The real way is to get rid of the oligarchy). Infusing plant oils with herbs & flowers with indirect heat(the sun) + time, the final products are stacked with beneficial properties. Suited for sensitive skin & supportive of the natural skin barrier, they're safe to use daily or as needed.
I also create and produce Stickers & Art Prints in-house. Lowers the impact from transporting goods, allows me to repurpose scraps, utilizing tools obtained secondhand, etc. Keep an eye out for some upcycled fashion.
